Hello and thanks for stopping by!
This is my art blog where I post everything I sketch, draw, paint and make. I also have a personal tumblr

So, for my birthday I got those two totally awesome books about the productions of Spirited Away and Howl’s Moving Castle. I started to take a look at the concept sketches of Howl’s Moving Castle - and found THIS. I can’t stop laughing about Heen having a man’s face with a french mustache. MOST AMAZING SKETCH EVER.
Here’s a drawing from one of my favorite scenes in the movie Spirited Away - the stink god scene! Done with my beloved Copic markers on paper and framed afterwards :)
Another Ghibli painting for my room - Totoro!
I made some paper shikigami from Spirited Away.

Finished the painting of Princess Mononoke today!
Crocheted these two Kodama tree spirits from the movie Princess Mononoke.

I thought it was upsetting that I couldn’t find a single picture of Hayao Miyazaki wearing a Totoro-hat, so I made him wear one with the force of my pencil-power.
Kamajii, one of my favorite Studio Ghibli chararacters
I got aquarelle colors for christmas, so here’s my first attempt at using them!
Painting of Yubaba, made with acrylic on canvas. I love all Studio Ghibli movies, so I decided to paint some parts of my favorite ones - so far I’ve done Ponyo and now Spirited Away - the next one will probably be something from Howl’s moving castle, my long-time favorite :)
I felt like using something else than pencils and crayons for once, so I decided to paint Ponyo from one of my favorite Studio Ghibli movies!
